Refund & Return Policy

At S1 Home Living, customer satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, so we’ve created a fair and simple refund policy to guide you through the process.
1. Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our business—especially custom property staging services and homeware sales—we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged during transit, or significantly different from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue, we may ask you to provide:
Photos of the damaged or faulty product
Order number and relevant details
Description of the issue
If approved, we may offer one of the following solutions:
Replacement of the item
Store credit
Full refund (where appropriate)
Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition unless the fault makes this impossible.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:
Clearance, sale, or promotional items
Custom or made-to-order furniture
Items used for property staging
Home décor hired for short-term styling use
4. Property Styling Hire Services
All property staging furniture and décor hire is covered under individual hire agreements. In the case of cancellations:
More than 7 days before delivery: 50% of the hire fee is refundable
Within 7 days of delivery: No refund is available
Delivery and collection charges are non-refundable once booked
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Our Rights
S1 Home Living reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the conditions above or are outside the claim period. This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
