Read before you accept the quote. Once your property has sold, we reserve the right to collect our furniture immediately. If your property is taken off the market for any period of time, we reserve the right to collect our furniture immediately. Developments and other properties we deem unsuitable for this guarantee are excluded.

1. What is property styling and why is it important? Plus

Property styling (also known as home staging) is the process of furnishing and decorating a property to highlight its best features and appeal to potential buyers. Professionally styled homes often attract more buyer interest, sell faster, and can achieve a higher sale price compared to unstaged properties.

2. What styling packages do you offer? Plus

We offer two packages:

Standard Package – High-quality, stylish furniture and accessories carefully selected to suit your property.


Premium Package – Uses superior-quality designer brand furniture and includes additional accessories such as bed headboards, extra cushions, and enhanced decorative styling for a more luxurious finish.

3. How long is the standard hire period? Plus

Our standard hire period is 8 weeks plus 4 Weeks free extention. This includes delivery, professional styling, and collection of all items at the end of the hire period.

4. Can I extend the hire period if my property has not sold? Plus

Yes, you can extend your hire period on a weekly basis. You will be offered 50% off the original rate.

The weekly extension rate is calculated as:

Original Styling Price ÷ 8 weeks x 50% = Weekly Extension Rate

5. Doyou offer a pay-later program or payment plan? Plus

No, we currently do not offer pay-later programs or installment payment plans. Full payment is required prior to styling.

6. Do you style occupied properties? Plus

Yes, we can style both vacant and occupied properties. For occupied homes, we may incorporate your existing furniture with our styling pieces to create a cohesive, appealing look.

7. Can I choose the furniture and accessories used in my property? Plus

Our stylists will select all pieces to best suit your property’s style, target market, and photography requirements. However, we will take into consideration your preferences and any key requests during the planning stage.

8. What happens if items are damaged during the hire period? Plus

Any damage or loss will be assessed after collection, and repair or replacement costs may apply. We encourage all clients to take extra care with hired items during the styling period.

9. How far in advance should I book property styling? Plus

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, particularly during peak selling seasons.
