Enter your contact and payment details as prompted (please note that you will NOT be charged for your order at this point in time. We charge 3 business days prior to the delivery date once the order has been confirmed and finalised).
Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you to discuss delivery date and stock availability. Please note that furniture can be reserved up to 10 days prior to your delivery date, no earlier. If any items are out of stock, one of our in-house stylists will be in touch to discuss suitable alternatives. In order to begin allocating stock to your order, a fully refundable $1,000 bond is payable.
If you have accessories on your order, our team will be in touch to book an appointment for you to visit our showroom to make your accessory selections. This can be done up to one week prior to your delivery date. Alternatively, one of our in-house stylists can select these on your behalf.
Your order will be delivered on your confirmed delivery date.
Your order will be collected on your confirmed pick-up date (you are required to notify our team when you would like the stock collected).
